Don't forget about the small people Birmingham

Let me start off by saying I love my city. I just wish I was just as important to them as they are to me. I have had problems for a while and have been hush mouth, but now it is potentially affecting kids and my health. I will be posting pictures of my problem. Sometimes pictures and words seem to go way farther than anything else. I have had issues with a drain by my house since 1999 and the city seems to not pay me attention, until I get upset and go down there. That is not fair. I love my city but if you got money for everything else, don't forget about the small people , we need our stuff fixed too.
